Yes. Our products are vegan, never tested on animals, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or mineral oil. We follow strict safety screening and align with EU-level standards for ingredient selection.

They’re fragrance-smart and barrier-friendly. Start with a patch test on the jawline, apply with light pressure, and build slowly. If irritation occurs, discontinue and consult your dermatologist.

Delivery time = fulfilment time + shipping time.

Fulfilment time (prep):

• 1 - 20 items: 2 full working days
• 21 - 100 items: 7 full working days
• 100+ items: 12 full working days

Shipping destinations: we currently ship only to EU countries, the UK, and the US (mainland only). EU list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

• Because items are made to order (custom labels/boxes), we don’t accept returns for customized products (no “change of mind” returns).
• Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty or damaged, e.g. printing defects, damage on delivery, wrong item delivered, or a manufacturing/quality issue vs the product description.
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery so it can be investigated and a replacement or refund may be offered (case-by-case).
• If a return is required, items must be unused/unopened and in original packaging; return shipping is typically paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
• Note: this is a business-to-business arrangement (consumer protection rules don’t apply to these transactions).
