At rawda, each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation. Delivery time is calculated as the fulfilment time plus the shipping time. Fulfilment refers to the preparation and quality-control process prior to dispatch and depends on the size of the order. Orders of 1 to 20 items require 2 full working days for fulfilment, orders of 21 to 100 items require 7 full working days, and orders of more than 100 items require 12 full working days. Once fulfilment is complete, the order is handed over to our shipping partner and transit times begin.

We currently ship exclusively to EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States (mainland only). Within the European Union, shipping is available to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
